Justin C. Miller 77590b31a6 [build] Remove unneeded lib options ...

Remove the `-lc++`, `-lc++abi`, and `-lunwind` options from the user
target, where they should be handled automatically. (ie, we're not using
`-nostdlib` or its bretheren.)
