Justin C. Miller	972ef39295	[fb] Output klog to fb if video exists ... If there's no video, do as we did before, otherwise route logs to the fb driver instead. Justin C. Miller	2035fffa1c	Fix loading large process images. ... 2MiB large pages were being used for any large page mapping, but the page manager doesn't correctly handle them everywhere yet.
